Caractéristiques:

Hit-Me (pour High throughput Metabolic phenotyping) est un plateau quasi unique au monde permettant de réaliser des quantifications ciblées de métabolites et d’activités enzymatiques sur de très grands nombres d’échantillons grâce à l’automatisation d’une grande partie de l’analyse.

  • Stockage à -80°C
  • 3 stations de cryobroyage
  • 1 station robotique de cryopesée
  • 2 stations robotiques de pipetage 96-canaux
  • 1 station robotique de pipetage intégrée (centrifugeuse, lecteurs, etc.)
  • 11 lecteurs de microplaques
  • 1 lecteur multifonction
  • 1 LIMS
Services proposés :
  • Dosages ciblés de métabolites clés et d’activités enzymatiques du métabolisme central carboné et azoté. Exemples de champs d’application : génétique quantitative, physiologie, diagnostic, test de biomarqueurs métaboliques, modélisation du métabolisme (paramétrage).
  • Développement et optimisation de dosages pour tous tissus, organes et espèces
  • Dosages haut débit : possibilité de traiter des centaines voire des dizaines de milliers d’échantillons
