Caractéristiques

HiTMe (pour High Throughput Metabolic phenotyping) est un plateau quasi unique au monde permettant de réaliser des quantifications ciblées de métabolites et d’activités enzymatiques sur de très grands nombres d’échantillons grâce à l’automatisation d’une grande partie de l’analyse.

  • Dosages ciblés de métabolites clés et d’activités enzymatiques du métabolisme central carboné et azoté. Exemples de champs d’application : génétique quantitative, physiologie, diagnostic, test de biomarqueurs métaboliques, modélisation du métabolisme (paramétrage).
